Description
This activity has been requested by Azerbaijan in the context of the resumption of Working Party activity after several years of relative dormancy (the last Working Party meeting took place in 2017). This activity consists of two elements: (i) high-level bilateral meetings between the Working Party Chairperson (accompanied by the Secretariat) and officials from a range of government ministries and agencies involved in WTO accession negotiations - to discuss the state of play and outstanding work in particular areas; and (ii) technical working sessions with the core negotiating team on documentation, state of play, and next steps in the accession of Azerbaijan.
