Description
Two virtual sessions of 2 hours each to explain the main steps of the renegotiation process pursuant to Article XXVIII of the GATT. The first session will revolve around the main rules and steps of Article XXVIII renegotiation, followed by Q&A. The second session will be based on information sharing by the ECOWAS Commission and ECOWAS Member states with the WTO Secretariat to identify needs and next steps in this process.
