The main objectives of the programme are: (i) to familiarize participants with the rules of the WTO Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA), including reporting requirements on thresholds and statistics; (ii) to discuss how electronic procurement tools contribute to compliance with GPA transparency requirements; and (iii) to discuss existing e-procurement formats and Aruba’s experience in this regard.
