Description
This technical assistance activity responds, in part, to a request from Vanuatu for a national workshop on the TRIPS Agreement and public health issues. This activity will focus on three main issues: i) issues related to the acceptance of the Protocol Amending the TRIPS Agreement; ii) issues related to the incorporation of the Special Compulsory Licensing System into domestic law; and iii) TRIPS transparency mechanisms related to the Special Compulsory Licensing System.
