This is a two-day training course for government officials, academics, lawyers, and other stake-holders in Belarus. It aims to introduce participants to the essential steps in the dispute settlement process, as well as to equip them with the skills and knowledge needed to successfully represent the interests of Belarus at all stages of dispute settlement. The course will cover process, key cases, as well as current developments and challenges facing the system. It will incorporate lectures and practical exercises such as quizzes.
