Description
The aim of this workshop is to enhance the knowledge level of junior officials in the Thai Ministry of Commerce of the international trade laws and regulations which those staff encounter in their daily work of trade negotiations, analysis and advice on trade policy formulation and implementation. The subject areas will include the Agreement on Agriculture, the TBT Agreement, the trade remedies agreements, the basic obligations under the GATT 1994 and exceptions, as well as WTO dispute settlement.
