Description
The Symposium is organized by the Institute for Training and Technical Cooperation (ITTC) in cooperation with the Agriculture and Commodities Division (AGCD).
This Symposium provides an opportunity to hear from experts in agriculture policy and trade from both developed and developing countries on the role of trade in the global agri-food system. Discussions will also focus on contemporary issues of importance to developing countries. Speakers will include experts from academia, think-tanks and international organizations. The symposium will be structured to maximize the interaction among speakers and participants. The Symposium will be open to stakeholders from all WTO Members and Observers and will be delivered in English, with interpretation in French and Spanish.
