The theme of this Workshop is: "Government procurement and international trade disciplines: relevant WTO activities, regional developments, and policy considerations for transition and emerging economies."

Pre-requisite
The officials should have policy responsibility in relation to WTO and/or government procurement matters. They should be chosen from the Trade or Commerce Ministry, and from the national Procurement Authority, Ministry of Finance or other Ministry or Agency with policy responsibility in this area.
