-Candidates should be directly involved in tariff-related policy-making or deal with customs matters (e.g. rules of origin and customs valuation);

-All candidates must have completed successfully the WTO online course "Introduction to the WTO" (http://etraining.wto.org/default.asp?lang=En) or possess knowledge or professional experience that is demonstrably commensurate with the requirements;

- All candidates must be fluent in English; and,

- Priority will be given to candidates who have completed the online course " Market Access for goods and Non-Agricultural Market Access (NAMA) Negotiations" (http://etraining.wto.org/default.asp?lang=En);
